In order to start thinking of juice recipes while on a low carb diet, begin at the beginning. A juice is simply the end product of the fruits and vegetables you put into your juicer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a general rule, water-rich vegetables (cucumbers, celery) and leafy greens (kale, spinach, lettuce) will contain fewer grams of carbohydrates per ounce. Aromatic herbs like parsley and cilantro are low in carbs and also flavorful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
