If so, what is the best juice to drink for broken bones? And how do I know what the best juice for broke bones is?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, I actually got to do an experiment on a friend of mine.&nbsp;When a friend of mine went in for a nose job, it presented a great opportunity to test a theory of mine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(This the the best juice to drink to heal a broken bone.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"224\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/fit-juice.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Kale-Grape-Juice-Holy-Grale-Made-with-Omega-J8006-e1351589032662-224x300-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-160\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Bromelain has long been recommended by plastic surgeons to help speed bone healing. I\u2019ve always taken it in\u00a0supplement form\u00a0when healing from an injury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"250\" height=\"250\" src=\"https:\/\/fit-juice.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Bromelain.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-159\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fit-juice.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Bromelain.jpg 250w, https:\/\/fit-juice.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Bromelain-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Since I knew from a different friend\u2019s previous experience with plastic surgery what Bromelain would do, I had my friend take Bromelain capsules while drinking pineapple-kale juice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What is the best juicer?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She drank one large glass of pineapple kale juice for the five days before surgery, and for the five days after surgery. Her plastic surgeon was astounded by her quick recovery time. Her friends (many of whom had plastic surgery or known someone who had) asked her recovery secret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pineapple juice is great for athletes, too, as it\u2019s clinically proven to speed the healing of tendon injuries. See, \u201cA comparative study of the effects of bromelain and fresh pineapple juice on the early phase of healing in acute crush Achilles tendon injury.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We used pineapple, carrots, and kale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pineapple Kale Carrot Juice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>2 carrots<\/li><li>2 cups chopped pineapple<\/li><li>6-12 kale leaves and stems<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can change the recipe to suit your tastes. There\u2019s nothing magical about that recipe. Just make something you enjoy and that uses a lot of pineapples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pineapple Juicing Tips<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>You have to \u201cpeel\u201d \u2013 cut away is more accurate \u2013 the pineapple. If you have the\u00a0Breville\u00a0Breville 800JEXL Juice Fountain Elite, you can throw in the pineapple chunks even with the skin on.<\/li><li>A pineapple is ripe when you can easily remove a leaf from the pineapple\u2019s stem.<\/li><li>Buying a whole pineapple and cutting it down is sort of a pain. I prefer buying frozen pineapple, letting it thaw in the refrigerator overnight, and then juicing it.<\/li><li>Costco has great deals on pineapples.<\/li><li>Do not mix pineapple juice with protein.\u00a0<strong>Bromelain<\/strong>, the enzyme responsible for pineapple juice\u2019s anti-inflammatory processes, acts like a digestive enzyme in the presence of protein.<\/li><li>Pineapple segments can \u201cback up\u201d an\u00a0Omega juicer. If you\u2019re juicing pineapple in an\u00a0<strong>Omega juicer<\/strong>, be sure to throw in something with pulp (carrots work well) to work the pineapple through.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want the anti-inflammatory effects of pineapples, you can also make a pineapple smoothie. Running pineapple through a high speed blender separates the beneficial enzymes from the pulp. (One reason we juice\/blend is to release enzymes that are would have remain stuck within a plan\u2019s cellular wall.)\u00a0See,\u00a0Is Juicing Better than Blending?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pineapple Spinach Smoothie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>2 cups pineapple<\/li><li>1-2 cups spinach<\/li><li>12-16 ounces of coconut water or plain water<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pineapple juice, especially when taken in conjunction with bromelain, is great for the joints and based on my observation absolutely speeds the healing of broken bones.
