If there were a “juicing fraternity,” everyone would have to drink one of these to join:

Egg carrot onion juice

Rocky Juice/Raw Omelet

  • 6 carrots
  • 1/4 onion
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 raw eggs
  • Directions: Juice carrots, onion, and oranges. Whip in 2 raw eggs. Enjoy!

It’s actually not nearly as bad as it seems. Here are some tastier juicing recipes.

Why do you juice onions? What nutritional value do they have? This seems like it would taste pretty good without it.

I think he does because of the T boost. Problem is, how much taste do you have to sacrifice?

Yes, onion juice is proven to boost testosterone levels by as much as 50%.

The issue isn’t taste. The issue is keeping it down. I can drink anything, no matter how foul tasting.

But after 3 days of onion juice, my body would just vomit it out.

I almost puked this one up. It didn’t sit well in my stomach. I’ll leave out the onion next time.

What are the benefits for this Juice? It sounds terrible and it doesnt say what the purpose for drinking it is.

Onion juice boosts testosterone, eggs have protein, and the other veggies are loaded with beta carotene. The point of drinking the juice, however, is just macho b.s. “Why climb that mountain?” Because it’s there.
