Although juicing doesn’t take as long as many assume, I often do large batches on Sunday night to last me for a couple of days. I freeze my juices in 16 ounce Ball mason jars.

Then I pack the frozen juices into my cooler bag, throw in some blue cooler packs, bring them to work, and drink my juices as they thaw.

You can also get a stainless steel thermos. Throw it overnight in the freezer. Then throw your fresh-pressed juice into it. It keeps the juices cold all day long.

I assume the jars are glass. Is there any precautions to stop the jars cracking when you freeze them.

Just don’t fill them all the way to the top. I’ve never had a glass break as long as I didn’t fill them all the way to the very lip of the jar.

Don’t you lose a lot of nutritional content if not consumed right away?
