Does juicing cure cancer? That’s a bold question to ask, and it’s one the modern medical establishment used to ignore. One man, who blogs at Chris Beats Cancer, put theory into practice and used juice to cure his cancer. Instead of undergoing chemotherapy, Chris drank massive amounts of juice – approximately 64 ounces (or a half gallon) of juice, every day, for 2 years.

Chris’ Anti-Cancer Juice Recipe:
- 5 Carrots
- 5 Celery Stalks
- 1/4 of a Beet (root and top),
- small slice of Ginger Root (about the size of a U.S. quarter).

That juice recipe is enough for one, 8-ounce glass of juice. If you want to drink as much juice as Chris, use 8 times as much produce.
Chris would make all of his juice in the morning, seal his juice in mason jars, and drink juice throughout the day.
Chris believes that cancer patients shouldn’t juice fruit to cure cancer because fresh-pressed fruit juice contains sugar, and sugar can feed cancer. Chris believes people who want to cure cancer by juicing should, “Juice vegetables and eat fruit,” although he would also make fruit smoothies.
