My go to juice is lots of kale, 4 or 5 carrots, and a lemon. It’s delicious. When I fist started making it, I’d add an apple. But now I find the taste to sweet with the apple.
I have been juicing kale and collards with good results. I have been drinking 32 ounces of different juices per day.
My question is this: do you continue to supplement with vitamins and minerals? I still take fish oil, vitamin D, ZMA, and ortho-core multi’s daily. Is this overkill?
I’ll pop a Vitamin D (5,000 ius) 3-4 times a week along with some krill and/or fish oil. I also do a multi-mineral 3-4 times a week since soil has a lower mineral content than in years past.
I had no idea Kale could prevent cataracts and macular degeneration.
Stuff’s even better than I thought.
