Citrus Cilantro Blast
- 1 bunch of greens (kale, swiss chard, lettuce)
- 1/2 bunch of cilantro/coriander
- 2 limes (with rind)
- 1 grapefruit (peeled)
I put in way too much cilantro and had to cut this juice with some carrots. (I used a full bunch of cilantro.) Cilantro, like other herbs, is potent.
As with cooking generally, it’s better to start with fewer ingredients as you can always add more. But you can’t take something out once it’s in there and thus are required to “cut” the offending substance with someone else.
